Dear Students;
1-The applications and transcripts of the students who applied for COOP in the summer school were evaluated in the light of the following articles of the COOP regulation.
Article 5. COOP training covers a period of 14 weeks and is mainly held in the 8th semester (spring semester). During the COOP Education period, there can be a maximum of three (3) courses in which the student meets the lower attendance requirement.
Article 6. However, students who fulfill the necessary conditions can also do this education in the Fall semester and in the summer months. For the Fall Semester; The student must have taken all the courses until the end of the 6th semester and must have no obligations other than three (3) courses at most, for which the attendance requirement has been fulfilled. For the summer months; The student must have taken all the courses until the end of the 6th semester and took the final exams, pay the semester fee, have 14 weeks between the end of the final exams and the start of the next academic semester’s courses, and should not do any other activities other than COOP.
2- Review your status from the file named COOP Status Review Result. Students who do not have a name although they have applied should contact our department until Monday (14.06.2021) as latest.3-In the file named COOP Process, what you need to do is given in detail. You must definitely read it.
4- There are documents that you need to fill in the file named COOP documents. The documents must be submitted to the COOP coordinatorship (Res. Asst. İbrahim Halil DEGER) by Tuesday (15.06.2021) next week.
5-For students who have not yet applied, the application deadline is Monday (14.06.2021). Our department will no accept any responsibilty for late applications.
