Dear Students;
The courses to be offered in our department during the summer school are given in the appendix. A MAXIMUM OF 12 CREDITS CAN BE RECEIVED during the summer school. Students who will enroll in the summer school must fill in the course registration form manually. The form is attached. Here is what students need to do:
1- Please fill in, sign and scan the attached form and send an e-mail to the Head of Department (nurullah.akbulut@hku.edu.tr) or hand over the course.
2- The application deadline is 02.07.2021 (Friday) at 17:00.
3- After your course registration form is approved by the department chair, you will be sent an e-mail again. With this approved form, you must pay the accounting.
4-For the courses that are not in the list, you can take courses from other universities whose language of instruction is English, whose course content is the same as the course content of the department, and whose credits are at least as much as the credits of the department course. For example, for the Structural Analysis course, which is 4 credits in our department, the credit of the Structural Analysis course to be taken from the outside university must be at least 4 credits.
You MUST GET APPROVAL FROM THE DEPARTMENT HEAD for the courses you will take from foreign universities. OTHERWISE, EVEN IF YOU TAKE AND PASS THE COURSE, IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IN YOUR COURSE TRANSCRIPT.
